No Refund Policy
There is NO REFUND POLICY. Once the designs reach the buyer's hand, a refund can no longer be issued, because in the design process we ensure that everything is in order before issuing the final results. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE EXCHANGE OF DROP SHIPPING ORDERS:
If you want to exchange any product you must follow the instruction. Refunds can only be issued during the custom design process or before the final product is delivered.
- LIMITED TIME PERIOD:
- We have 7 days REFUND POLICY on custom design so you can only make a request within 7 days cooling-off period, we will process due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day you make a request for exchange.
- In this case, we will make an REFUND of you customize products. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item for exchange to us.
- For any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the design or illustration is not as per your choice), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your product REFUND OR NOT via email within a reasonable period of time.
- We will usually exchange process due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to an exchange with other product.
- We will give you an REFUND option of a defective design.
- REFUND CONDITIONS:
- If you receive a FAULTY, WRONG COLOURED OR DEFECTED designs and illustration, you can contact us within 14 days. In this case, you will receive an REFUND option for the Products in accordance with our NO-REFUND policy.
- Order cancellations:
If you do not take delivery of the Products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the Products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.
- Complaint about FAULTY, WRONG OR DEFECTED Product:
- You must inform us in writing via email.
- You must also return the design to us WITHIN the 7 days’ window as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost.
